Self-hosted on Ubuntu 22.04 with Docker Compose and Cloudflare Tunnel/Zero-Trust (no open ports). Hosts 20+ services including Jellyfin, Sonarr, Radarr, Nextcloud, Immich, Pi-hole, Nginx; tuned TLS/HTTP/2; remote HTTPS TTFB improved ~35%.
